hello

I have one problem with MRL and servos

I did everything correctly to move and control my servo with MRL but it is not possible , the Arduino is connected correcly and it is working just the servo didn`t move.

and the problem is when i connect 5V and servo , MRL sends error that arduino is disconnected.

Do you use an external power source? Or do you try to get the servos running using arduino's 5v output? If so that won't work as you need more amps.

Hi...in my first days with Myrobotlab I had your same problem... The same servo worked perfectly with the arduino sketch but when I tried to move it using myrobotlab, the arduino board rebooted and mrl used to loose the connection...

That s because mrl can move servos very quickly and the current needed for that fast movements is very high... So arduino to protect him self reboot..

You have 2 options :

1)use external power for your servo (Remember to use the same ground)

2)use a diode or a resistor to low down the current... As I did in this tutorial :

hi guys

thank you for all your help , the problem was power , cause i used 5V and with battery it worked and servo moved.

now i`m going to try right hand with several servos , hope it works fine

one question , i can`t get the arm code , is it just me who can`t or it is the same for everyone??????
