Hello everyone!

I am creating a service for the "EduBOT" project within myrobotlab using the necessary services. And use the mrl to teach robotics and programming classes in Engineering at UFRGS-BR. We are developing the service so far.

Hello Carlos,

Your bot looks fantastic !  How is it going?  I assume with the maze you will be doing Mapping.
Would be great to have a virtual representation of you EduBOT too - similar to InMoov's

Then a virtual maze could be added and test senarios for "best maze algorithm", could be run on the virtual and real maze.

We are working on it to do what you suggested.

For now we are working with to the ROS, using the gazebo simulator.

Is it possible to bring ROS design as a service in mrl?

I saw that there is a ROS-class service!

What do you think? have any suggestions?

I also thought of using and enjoying processing for this, as here:

Yes have not done it yet ... but I think a bridge between ROS & MRL would be very easy..

Also since Processing is Java at core and made to be extended - a MRL client plugin for Processing should be pretty easy too.  Processing as a MRL service would be possible too but might be more work than its worth.

Carlos e Eduardo,

estou fazendo um TCC baseado em MRL, poderiam me ajudar com suas experiências?
