Getting started with myrobotlab - Having problems? Ask the nice people here.

I had once a setting with my Raspi 2 and microphone that worked in 80% of the cases - but I am down currently to about 20% - it's so fustrating I stopped talking to my friend Marvin.

I have run some sessions with programAB service and this one looks to be able to understand what I want.

I have read some people have been able to add programAB into there private builds but I have to commit that this looks a bit above my possibilities.

So my question - anyone ready to provide a how-to or post a .jar that uses it?

Humble Juerg

I get sound in raspi if force audio jack with omxplayer -o -local test.mp3 but not sounds with service of mrl audiofile and this script:

audiofile = Runtime.createAndStart("audiofile","AudioFile")

audiofile.playfile("/home/pi/Desktop/Mrl/ejemplos/test.mp3")

I have looked through everything I can find on the web, so this must be really easy to do but, I must ask anyway; does MRL use the USB port of the pc to talk to the usb port on the arduino to control to the board; or is a ftdi cable needed to talk to the tx/rx pins of the Arduino.

Is there a wiring diaagram that shows this?

It odd that I could not find a simple statement of this...but I am old!!!!

Ok,  whose been thinking about an on-board PC for the InMoov?  This would be the one that all the USBs connect to, of course, as well as the one that controls the internet connection, sound devices, etc.  I presume some wireless keyboard and mouse would be external, when needed.

Any thoughts on what would make the ideal small form factor PC for this?  Any thoughts on what to do with the main display screen, in terms of both how and where to put it, as well as what to display on it while running?

Hey Guys :)

So I have the hand and lower arm built for my Inmoov robot and have connected up the wirst servo to pin 7 and a external power source so my arduino would not crash. I am running everything on com3 and have the ability to move everything from the inmoov right hand wrist slider but when I do a voice command i get zip movement.

Hello,

i am trying to controll servo attached to arduino with logitech joystich, but with no success. I attach arduino and joystick service in myrobotlab. In joystick service my jojytick is working perfect, also in servo service i can rotate servo with mouse (moving potentiometer left-right).

I copy phyton code from here http://myrobotlab.org/content/fine-servo-control-joystick-0

When i try to execute the code i ger phyton error code something about servoPing
