I was trying to ascertain whether they had different personalities, as it seemed during the Tat-a-tat that Elias was a bit more forward and caring .... and Alice was insecure, with her phone bookmarked on "Google"
My Question is :- Did the have the same or different personalities ?
Heh, I remember when I used to have alice talk with herself over AOL IM. Ultimately their conversation would always end up chatting about world conquest.
Was the communication between the robots going over the "air gap" ? I.e. you were using webkit speech to recognize the conversation between the two robots? or were they directly publishing text to each other?
Pretty awesome either way, Elias was schooling Alice!
It was over the air gap. 2 computers and 2 microphones/speakers.
Little difficult to get the right volume and position, so they lost contact here and there. Otherwise they could talk for hours. I will try this again as I am creating more categories and use Elias vs Elias with 2 different voices of course.

Personalities
Yes. Alice is the original alice2 bot, Elias is based on the superbot with additional categories.
It will take thousands of new categories to get a better conversation (thats my opinion). Which means I need to do 50 new ones per day minimum!
