it will be sanwitched in 3 (front 3 and back3), because sheet I got is only 3mm. Waterjet cut.

That part looks pretty awesome, was it milled using a CNC or was that 3D printed?

I guess it's pretty strong also?

it's cut on waterjet cutter. Yes it is strong, I only need to glue weld three identical parts, to get desired thickness. Got a Dichlorometane today, for this.

glued 3 sheets together, with Dichloromethane. Left to cure for 24h uder the weight.

That looks like Glass...nice an cleanly cut..... that will save a couple of hours printing....

Polycarbonate sheet loves to be "Lighted UP" form the edge....laser works best...
