Your prints look MUCH better than mine. I'm especially impressed by the top surfaces which look very well filled in.  I'm still struggling with getting my printer to create well filled top surfaces.

What software are you using for slicing and printing? What size nozzle are you using?

Thanks kmc :D i'm using slic3r for slicing and pronterface for printing...i'm using a 0.5 nozzle... i have a good x carriage, with an embed slot for the fan, which divide air flow into 2 parts : 1 part goes to the cold part of the hot end in order to cool it down, and the second part goes on the top of the printed object...maybe this is the secret for a well filled top :D

Say Allessandruino, Nice prints but ---- dump the raft. IF the parts won't stick and they are ABS you can get a paper towel slightly damp with acetone and wipe the bed. IF you need more help get an old piece of ABS and rub your acetone moistened towel against it to pickup some plastic and then wipe your build platform. If you have leveled your bed you shouldn't need a raft except for very small parts or parts that have a very small foot print on the build platform. Tall skinny parts maybe also.

Now, how to get GroG to finish his machine OR buy a Makerbot or Makergear.

Your printer does a very cool job. The quality of the prints is great!

Good job at tuning up, Alessandro.

Grog, doesn't it makes you want to finish yours?

I tried buying some eyes and drilling them but they turned to goo under the dremel. I ended up just using a ping pong ball and a hole punch for the eye hole cause it looked much neater than a freehand cut. But it is a little small for the camera, it gets a little occulded by the hole narrowing the field of vision a little

It's getting good Alessandro! almost all shoulder parts.

In order to mount the proto-arm on the right you're going to have to print those missing torso/shoulder parts. :)

You're racing ahead.  I printed my last torso plate last night. I need to install two pieces and still print the servo holders and neck piston before moving on to the shoulder joint. Your InMoov is much more functional than mine is so far.

I can't wait to see what you come up with in the software once you get the full arm installed.
