Alessandruino tested the remote video streaming and control with a pan / tilt kit .. it's still unstable, but he successfully connected and controlled the pan-tilt kit from another room for 1 MINUTE !
One issue is OpenCV video data is being transported over TCP - this needs to change to UDP or Multi-cast. Also, the TCP connectivity, needs re-connect logic
