Refactoring Arduino, Motor, Motor Control, Motor Controller & Sensors ....  starting to work ! 

This type of Motor (I call is Pulse Step) sends an alternating 0/1 pulse to a digital pin, and sends the positional information which is a count in the micro-controller to the web gui.  I believe it will be very accurate - or as accurate as it can be without have a "real feedback" encoder.
