Did you create the object in NetFabb Basic or did you just bring it in to run repair functions on it? I only use NetFabb to repair files or to do simple planar cuts to objects. I've never tried to make a new object in it. I've modeled my stuff in OpenSCAD which is intuitive to me as a programmer.
