Very cool. What printing parameters did you use (extruder temp, layer mm, etc.)?

Extruder: 300 celsius

Bed: 120

Coating: PET->Polymid->superglue (superglue and blue tape work too, as reported :) )

Slice parameters: Perimeters:2; solid layers top/bott: 2. Infill:1,concentric; Raft. Speed: 50mm/sec max, but lowered on first layer, to be sure it sticks well.

Great work zviangi !  .. nice to see you back .. You have great material skills..

Is this the infamous shoulder gear? .. wonder "how much" stronger it will be.. what is the next weakest link?

Thank you GroG.

Will be in more often. Just waiting for Polycarbonate torso, whole one, watercut, and will build my robots stomach. I know there are lots in MRL now, I left behind a lot, have to catch up. I cant follow chats all the time... :(

The Gear, this is Higgs's gear. its very strong, my student broke pliers, while trying to brake one tooth :)  next weak thing is probably the RotTilt (if remember correctly), the one that is mounted on the gear
